Finally, someone has hit the nail on the head. The true cause of climate chang is not to do with factories or cars, but sheep! They burp and when they do they release methane, the same as cows do.

This is all according to the British government, which is doing its part for the climate change initiative by releasing a climate-change-friendly diet. This world-changing menu will encourage consumers to eliminate certain products from their diets including lamb meat, which are known to cause high greenhouse gas emissions.

Other products for the chop include greenhouse-grown tomatoes and alcohol. Alcohol production apparently generates 1.5% of Britain's greenhouse gases.

David Kennedy, chief executive of the Committee on Climate Change, just wants people to consider the environmental impact of what they eat:

“We are not saying that everyone should become vegetarian or give up drinking but moving towards less carbon intensive foods will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve health.”

The blogosphere went into overdrive on this one, CompanyRescue blog called the government “numpties” and the American Watchtower is convinced that global warming is a “scam” that has gone too far.
