Have you eaten here, what was your experience ?
Just been to the newly re opened Red Barn for coffee, the service was slow, they were unable to provide a menu or tell us what they had other than breakfast, whilst coffee was hot, sausage roll was hot on the outside and stone cold on the inside, dirty pans sitting on Aga in eating area, wouldn't go back there again, don't bother taking your children its child unfriendly !!

05 05 08 just had lunch at the 'revamped' Red Barn. It is now completely Child UNFRIENDLY. That aside the place has no atmosphere, the service was dreadful and I don't mind expensive and slightly pretentious food as long as it’s good. Needless to say even a BLT baguette was unpalatable. I believe it is a Free House now, even better, if there is any Justice at all they will be Bankrupt by Christmas

How disappointing. It has just re opened. My fish and chips were inedible. I asked what fish it was and was told it was cod, it was definitely not cod. It was not cooked in the middle however the batter was completely overdone on the outside. I told the waitress I could not eat the food and she offered to give me another meal, which I declined. I was still charged for the meal. POOR
