Raymond Patterson has been a chef for thirty years, cooking in London's top hotels, clubs and restaurants-The Garrick Club and The Athenaeum Hotel. Aided by his son Thomas Patterson in the front of house, this father and son partnership has created a new venture specialising in Modern British Cuisine. The produce for these exquisitely executed dishes have been sourced from around the country- Beef from Scotland and Oysters straight from Ireland. The emphasis on family in the running of the restaurant means a personalised service for regulars and newcomers alike. The stylishly elegant setting with accents of dark leather, marble and glass creates a refreshingly simple, sophisticated atmosphere.
